A complete pupil toilet refurbishment across the site to replace the existing tired and non-hygienic fittings. Bishop Ullathorne School, Coventry.

THE BRIEF

Spicer Surveys Ltd were instructed to design and procure a complete toilet refurbishment at Bishop Ullathorne Catholic School as part of the Diocesan Education Services LCVAP program. The existing rooms were in a tired state, the fittings time expired and in need of replacement.

WHAT WE DID

Upon instruction Spicer Surveys Ltd prepared the tender documentation consisting of detailed specification and working drawings in accordance with current legislation and standards. Working closely with the school to achieve their goals and vision, like for like tenders were then obtained. Spicer Surveys Ltd undertook the Principal Designer role and administered the contract ensuring works were carried out to a high standard.
