Replacement Sports pitches and associated works in Dudley.

THE BRIEF

These Sports pitches were in much need of renewal having been in constant use by the school and for lettings. Spicer Surveys Ltd were asked to procure the works and working to a budget Spicer Surveys Ltd delivered the project to provide a fantastic facility.

The works were undertaken over a tight schedule during the Summer of 2024 to maintain lettings and deliver a facility fit for purpose. Be sure to view the drone footage of the works….

WHAT WE DID

Having identified the scope of works, Spicer Surveys Ltd designed and tendered the works to deliver the project within budget.

The works were undertaken and managed by Spicer Surveys over a tight schedule so that lettings could resume before the school returned in September.

Spicer Surveys fulfilled the Principal Designer role and provided services including but not limited to:

RAAC Survey
Structural Design
Project Management & Procurement
Contract Administration
Cost Planning & CDM compliance

THE RESULT

With the project completed on time and on budget the Pitches are now back in use and the client was provided with a 10 year warranty on the surfaces for peace of mind.
