Refurbishment of Pupil Toilets, Warwickshire
Refurbishment of Pupil Toilets at a school in Warwickshire.
THE BRIEF
Spicer Surveys Ltd were appointed to oversee the comprehensive and complete refurbishment of these toilets at a school located in Warwickshire, which were in urgent need of some tender loving care! The extensive works covered the complete refurbishment of two sets of Boys & Girls W.C.s, as well as a specially designed Disabled W.C.
Moreover, the necessary modifications also required the layouts to be altered significantly, allowing for the rooms to be opened up and creating a more inclusive environment that facilitates better supervision and access for all users. The works were successfully completed over the Summer break, allowing us to limit any disruption to the normal activities of the School.
