Works comprised of a Church Hall refurbishment including new toilet facilities and replacement roof. Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Birmingham.

THE BRIEF

Following a partial refurbishment Spicer Surveys Ltd were instructed to design and procure works to the remaining hall accommodation. The Church were keen to provide a more modern and user-friendly environment to improve potential lettings.

WHAT WE DID

Starting with the initial design development and costings the scheme was fully funded from local grants and from there we provided the Church with full project management support.

From detailed specifications and obtaining formal tenders to site supervision and cost management. We worked closely with the Church to achieve their vision for the space as well as ensuring works were kept to a budget.

THE RESULT

The project was completed on time and has provided the Church with a modern and user-friendly environment for use by the local community.
