Works comprised of a pupil toilet refurbishment as the existing were tired and not suitable for current day use. St John’s School, Banbury.

THE BRIEF

Spicer Surveys Ltd were instructed to carry out a feasibility study and prepare a bid for funding. Upon the successful bid being awarded Spicer Surveys were then appointed to design, procure and manage a complete toilet refurbishment at St Johns.

WHAT WE DID

The existing rooms were in a tired state, the fittings time expired and in need of replacement. Working closely with the school to achieve their vision, like for like tenders were then obtained. Spicer Surveys Ltd appointed the contractor and administered the contract ensuring works were carried out to the highest standard.

Works were carried out and completed to current standards and legislation over the Summer break ready for when the pupils and staff returned and to the full satisfaction of the client.
